As our Senior Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, analyzing, and improving hydraulic gear products, with a focus on PMI and NPD projects for products manufactured in our Reynosa plant.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and globally, taking ownership of product responsibility for S26/L2 and D-series gears—helping us move toward a more innovative, efficient, and customer-focused future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead product responsibility for S26/L2 and D-series gear products produced in Reynosa, including change management and customer requests/new variants.
- Support operations to ensure high delivery performance and quality, and contribute to sourcing projects for cost reduction and improved delivery.
- Provide technical expertise to the engineering lab for test specifications, analysis, and documentation, as well as handling customer claims.
- Perform calculations, simulations, and tolerance analyses to validate gear designs, and prepare technical documentation, reports, and BOMs.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects locally (NPD/PMI) and with engineering colleagues in other OGS sites.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical Engineer with experience in hydraulics and gear product development.
- Proficiency in NX CAD and Teamcenter PLM.
- Experience in project management and quality management according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, including capability studies, and understanding of GD&T and engineering standards.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
