As Senior Finance Business Partner (12 month maternity cover) at Danfoss IXA, you step into a key strategic position with direct impact on both direction and execution. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the management team and Board, you turn financial insight into confident decisions that drive growth.
You combine a hands on finance role with leadership responsibility for a small team, covering the full finance agenda in a growing technology business. With a broad scope and clear mandate, the role offers strong development opportunities as you shape both structure, processes, and people.
Through your role, you support self developed, groundbreaking technology that helps reduce emissions in global shipping and contributes directly to a more sustainable future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end‑to‑end finance, from forecasting and budgeting to controlling, reporting, and annual accounts
- Act as a trusted finance partner to the General Manager, Leadership Team and the Board, including preparation of board materials and participation in meetings
- Combine people leadership of a small finance team with a hands‑on role in core finance activities and day‑to‑day execution
- Ensure strong financial governance, including audits, liquidity management, and compliance
- Own and apply dual‑use and country‑of‑origin processes, and drive continuous improvement in close collaboration with procurement, quality, and production
What We're Looking For
- Experience from a senior finance or finance business partner role, with broad end to end responsibility - preferably in a technology or manufacturing environment
- Strong capabilities within controlling, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, combined with a solid business mindset and experience working in SAP/SAP Cloud
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams - and confidence in challenging and supporting decisions
- Experience with financial governance, audits and compliance in an international context, including dual use and country of origin processes
- A collaborative and proactive team player with strong communication skills, able to translate financial complexity into clear, decision‑ready insight both in English and Danish
