Danfoss Turbocor is looking for a Senior Global Investigation Center Manager
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for leading the failure analysis resources and processes for centrifugal magnetic bearing compressors, supporting the company's 8D and warranty procedures; oversees all regional investigation centers, ensuring the effective use of tools, fixtures, and equipment to determine root causes of failures; maintains a state-of-the-art database for failure categorization and trend analysis, while partnering with the reliability function to develop monthly quality and reliability dashboards; drives continuous process improvements and ensures a positive customer experience by delivering timely, quality support both internally and externally.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical , Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, or HVAC) or Civil and Environmental Engineering Technology
- 3 years experience in manufacturing, aftermarket sales, service/repair center management
- 3 years experience in aftermarket industry and service programs
- 3 years experience managing/implementing site wide PLC control standardization within a factory environment.
- 1 year experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing operations role with supervisory responsibility.
