The Impact You'll Make
We are looking for an experienced HR People Partner to lead the people agenda at our Dubnica plant. This senior on-site role is part of the Plant Leadership Team and works closely with the Plant Director to ensure strong people leadership, sound decision-making, and a stable, professional working environment.
The site has around 200 employees, mostly hourly roles, and requires daily presence, strong employee-relations capability, and hands-on ownership of core HR processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with the Plant Director and leadership team as a trusted advisor, contributing to site-level decisions and shaping a respectful, inclusive, high‑performance culture.
- Lead employee relations on site, managing cases end-to-end and ensuring compliance with Slovak labor law, collective agreements, and internal policies.
- Maintain constructive, transparent relationships with the Works Council and union representatives.
- Guide leaders on performance, development, succession, organizational changes, and fair people decisions.
- Oversee high-quality execution of core HR processes, including performance cycles, HR data, contracts, and employee lifecycle activities, while supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR needs.
- Provide stability and clarity during organizational or leadership changes, ensuring consistent communication and early risk identification.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of HR generalist or HR Manager experience in an operational or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of Slovak labor law and employee relations
- Experience working with Works Councils or unions
- Ability to operate independently and confidently in complex, sensitive situations
- High integrity, sound judgment, and professional maturity
