By joining our HR Services EMEA team, you connect local needs with regional excellence and help deliver consistent, high quality HR support across all Finnish locations. You will work from one of our offices in Vaasa or Lappeenranta, with occasional visits to our production sites.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the employee lifecycle by managing contracts, work permits, relocations, onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth and timely experiences for all employees.
- Provide employee support as the first point of contact in ServiceNow, offering clear guidance to salaried employees and hands‑on support to production colleagues via phone and on‑site hours.
- Master and maintain HR systems as key user for ServiceNow and SuccessFactors, resolving issues with IT to ensure operational functionality and ensuring reliable time and attendance processes.
- Ensure data integrity by running reports, completing mass uploads for everything from holiday pay and service awards to monthly flex-time balances, ensuring accuracy across all systems.
- Improve processes and collaboration by harmonizing workflows, connecting the dots across the HR organization and supporting local rollout of global standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience from an operational HR role where you have managed core HR processes with accuracy and ownership.
- Practical experience with Time & Attendance and/or HR request management systems such as ServiceNow or SuccessFactors Time.
- Solid HR administration skills, including contract handling, reporting and maintaining high‑quality data.
- The ability to work independently, stay organized and manage several priorities
- Excellent English and Finnish communications skills, both written and verbal.
You bring a solution oriented and pragmatic approach, a keen eye for detail and the motivation to make a real difference every day. You enjoy working hands on with systems, creating structure in complex processes, and you thrive in a collaborative HR team where you help connect the dots across the organization.

- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
