The Impact You'll Make
As our Senior Heat Transfer Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing a heat exchanger technology platform in accordance with market requirements, from idea to market launch. This includes developing, evaluating heat exchanger and system design optimization for new applications, developing laboratory test capacity and capability according to the technology roadmap.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Focus on platform development to support other engineers.
• Research & study on new technology, via literature review, simulation, experiment etc.
• Prepare prototype of new design, carry out the following test, validation, report and draw the final conclusion.
• Redesign & update existing products to optimize heat transfer and friction for high efficiency and cost-down.
• Project planning by estimating the schedule, cost, risk identification, process definition and tool development and gates review by following agile.
• Benchmaking & marketing.
What We're Looking For
- Master's in Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer, or similar education combined with a technical background
- 3+ years design experience in air conditioning or relevant refrigeration system
- 3+ heat exchanger development experience for AC system
- Corporative, open for other cultures, self-driven and open-minded in general
- Experience with laboratory testing and heat exchanger as concept performance evaluation
- Basic experience with CFD and other heat exchanger simulation tools
