As Senior International Tax Manager, you act as a key advisor in high impact M&A transactions, working closely with the business and senior stakeholders to ensure risks are understood, opportunities are captured, and decisions are built on a solid tax foundation.

This role delivers clear outcomes a strong, compliant, and future ready global structure that enables Danfoss to grow responsibly and sustainably across markets and positions you at the center of strategic execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead end to end tax workstreams in buy side and sell side M&A projects with exposure to international transactions and stakeholders 
  • Drive tax due diligence and deal structuring, delivering clear assessments that inform strategic and commercial decisions 
  • Act as the single point of contact for tax in assigned M&A projects, coordinating internal teams and external advisors 
  • Manage pre- and post closing tax activities, including integration, to ensure seamless execution and risk mitigation 
  • Contribute to broader tax structuring and strategic initiatives supporting Danfoss’ global growth agendaa

What We're Looking For

 

  • A relevant master’s degree in taxation, accounting, finance, or comparable experience from working with complex international tax matters
  • Solid experience working with international tax matters in complex, cross border or transaction driven environments 
  • Proven ability to drive projects end to end, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver high quality outcomes 
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex tax topics into clear recommendations 
  • A collaborative and accountable mindset, with the confidence to act as a trusted tax partner to the business
