The Impact You'll Make
As our new Senior Manager, Commercial, you will have the exciting mandate to triple our Fluid Conveyance business in South America, growing it from €22M to €65M by 2030. You will own the commercial strategy for Brazil and key regional markets, making a direct and measurable impact on our success.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team, shaping the future of our business in the region. You will have the autonomy to develop powerful channel partnerships and drive our growth agenda, positioning Danfoss as the preferred solutions provider across South America.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains across both Distribution (DIST) and OEM channels.
- Lead and develop our sales channels by strengthening partnerships, enforcing pricing discipline, and driving structured pipeline management to maximize performance.
- Leverage your technical expertise to lead complex negotiations, secure specification wins, and deliver value propositions that set us apart from the competition.
- Build strong, executive-level relationships with key customers and represent Danfoss across the industry, becoming a trusted leader in the market.
- Ensure operational excellence by owning forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, creating a culture of accountability and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Commercial or Sales Manager in an industrial or technical B2B environment, with a strong track record of leading and developing teams.
- Deep expertise in managing both distribution and OEM sales channels.
- Strong technical acumen combined with commercial leadership, ideally with experience in fluid conveyance, hydraulics, or industrial components.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential; Spanish is a strong plus.
