At Danfoss, we are accelerating our digital transformation to create seamless, customer-centric buying experiences across our digital platforms. We are now looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Commerce to lead and evolve our digital commerce ecosystem, ensuring it drives growth, improves user experience, and supports our sales ambitions.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end selection and buying journey across platforms such as Design Center, Autonomous Commerce, and the Danfoss Product Store.
You will work at the intersection of commercial strategy, user experience, and technology, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Fulfillment teams to deliver measurable business impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and continuously optimize Danfoss’ digital commerce platforms, including Autonomous Commerce and the Danfoss Product Store
- Drive a frictionless, intuitive, and scalable end-to-end customer journey, from product selection to purchase and fulfillment
- Translate commercial and customer needs into clear digital requirements and platform enhancements
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Service to ensure digital commerce supports hybrid sales models and customer engagement
- Collaborate with IT, and Fulfillment to ensure platform stability, system integration, data quality, and operational excellence
- Use data and insights to prioritize improvements and optimize performance
- Act as a strong internal communicator and change leader, aligning stakeholders around a shared digital commerce vision
What We're Looking For
- Experience in digital commerce, eCommerce, or digital sales enablement, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Excellent project management skills with focus on results
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and customer journeys
- Ability to balance commercial objectives with technical and operational realities
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, IT, Product Management, and Supply Chain / Fulfillment teams
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes such as increased sales, improved adoption, and better customer experience
- Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization
