We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Senior Manager, Engineering to join our team in Poland.
In this role, you will lead the Engineering team, focusing on team performance, stakeholder management, technical guidance, and long-term strategic initiatives. Your leadership will be key in fostering accountability, coaching for continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the Engineering team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and professional development.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight on engineering projects, reviewing proposals and product changes to ensure robust and feasible solutions.
- Drive strategic initiatives for process improvements, team capability development, and long-term engineering excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, supporting structured decision-making and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor team KPIs and project deliverables, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Academic background in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related Engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in leadership or influential roles, gained in international, moderately structured environments, managing teams or stakeholders in engineering or industrial contexts.
- Previous experience working with technical components such as Solenoid Valves, Pressure Regulators or Pressure Switches, with an understanding of the systems in which these components are integrated.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills, with proven experience in stakeholder management and accountability across complex environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Polish, with knowledge of additional languages considered a plus.
