The Impact You'll Make

As our Senior Manager, Software and Hardware Development, you’ll play a key role in energy-efficient refrigeration and air conditioning technologies that support the global green transition.

You’ll lead a team of software and hardware engineers to deliver innovative solutions that improve system performance, reduce environmental impact, and meet evolving customer needs. By fostering collaboration across product management, supply chain, and external partners and R&D, you’ll help us move toward a more sustainable and high-performing future.


You’ll take ownership of the full product development lifecycle – ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, and continuous improvement in how we develop and maintain our solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Lead, coach and develop a talented software and hardware team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

· Oversee the full product development lifecycle — from requirements and architecture to coding/prototyping, testing, validation, and release to manufacturing.

· Partner with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware, systems engineering, product management, and quality, to deliver integrated solutions on time and to specification.

· Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tools, and methodologies, including agile practices, DevOps, and automated testing, design for manufacturability and reliability.

· Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, quality requirements, and best practices in embedded software design and verification

What We're Looking For

 

 

· Proven leadership experience managing development teams in an international product-oriented environment.

· Strong understanding of modern software and hardware engineering, including agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

· A positive attitude with good communication skills and the ability to lead change

· Ability to balance technical decision-making with people leadership and resource planning

· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
