What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer quality strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Act as the primary interface with key customers on critical quality matters, ensuring alignment on requirements and specifications
  • Drive quality mindset with preventive actions with data driven decision 
  • Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across sites and hubs
  • Mentor and guide a  high-performing customer quality team, ensuring skills match both organizational needs and customer expectations
  • Lead customer quality strategy at the business unit level, aligning it with organizational goals and customer expectations
  • Act as the primary interface with key customers on critical quality topics, new business opportunities, and escalations
  • Oversee end‑to‑end customer quality performance, ensuring preventive actions and data‑driven decisions
  • Mentor and develop high‑performing quality teams across sites and hubs, fostering collaboration and capability growth
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

 

  • Proven experience in quality leadership within a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
  • Expertise in quality standards  and processes, including preparation for customer contracts
  • Proficiency in problem solving methodologies  such as 8D, with a Gemba mindset
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of cross functional collaboration
