The Impact You'll Make

As Senior Manager, Growth Strategy, you will help shape the future of our Control & Thermal Management division—one of our large, global businesses.
You will identify the growth opportunities that matter most—from new markets to emerging applications—and turn them into clear recommendations that guide leadership decisions.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, market insight, and investment, influencing how the business grows both organically and through acquisitions. Your insights will directly impact portfolio and investment choices at senior level.

In addition, you will help build the structure behind growth decision-making—introducing frameworks, tools, and processes that enable faster, more confident decisions across a complex global organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify growth opportunities across markets, applications, and regions to guide strategic priorities and expansion decisions.
  • Assess adjacent markets and business models to unlock new revenue streams and portfolio opportunities.
  • Support M&A initiatives through target screening, market analysis, and strategic rationale development to inform investment decisions.
  • Develop decision-ready insights such as market sizing, competitive positioning, and entry strategies for senior stakeholders.
  • Build structured frameworks and processes to improve how growth opportunities are evaluated and prioritized across the division.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in strategy, consulting, or business development within industrial, B2B, or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exposure to M&A or investment-related processes, including market assessments or target evaluation.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and shape new ways of working.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with confidence engaging across global and senior audiences.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
