The Impact You'll Make
As a Senior Manufacturing Technology Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our production setup for both current products and future cost-down initiatives (CDE projects).
You will lead the development of new production concepts, support equipment implementation, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with cost and quality targets. Your work will directly influence operational excellence, competitiveness, and long-term manufacturing strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead development of new production setups for CDE and cost optimization projects
- Develop and validate equipment concepts in collaboration with suppliers (including specifications, PFMEA, FAT/SAT)
- Execute technical tests required for system validation and acceptance
- Drive implementation of production changes and support equipment ramp-up
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
- Deliver required technical and financial data for CAPEX approval processes
- Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring alignment with business targets
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical background
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or production technology
- Strong technical understanding and experience with equipment implementation
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is an advantage
- Strong project execution and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken) with ability to communicate across all organizational levels
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
