What You’ll Be Doing

Industry Event Planning & Execution​​
• Identify, evaluate, and plan participation in key summits, annual conferences, and technical exchange events within the data center, HVAC, and heat pump industries, including activities organized by industry associations/societies.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration by leveraging company resources and serve as the primary liaison for major forums to enhance Danfoss’ thought leadership in relevant fields.
• Collaborate with the team to generate, nurture, and convert market/sales leads.
• Oversee end-to-end event management, including event selection, vendor negotiation, annual budget planning & control, on-site execution, and performance evaluation.

​​Technical Exchange Event Organization​​
• Work with the sales team to plan technical seminars and promotional events targeting end-users, design institutes, and OEM clients.
• Co-create and develop in-depth technical content with relevant departments to effectively communicate the value proposition of Danfoss solutions.

​​Co-Branding Marketing​​
• Partner with key OEM accounts to develop and execute co-branding marketing campaigns and joint marketing plans.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure seamless execution and maximize the impact of co-branding initiatives.

​​Marketing Collateral Development​​
• Lead the development of technical whitepapers, product brochures, posters, and other promotional materials by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content professionalism and communication effectiveness.
• Maintain a content library and ensure sales teams can efficiently utilize these resources.
• Oversee the design and production process of marketing materials to maintain brand consistency.

​​Digital Marketing & Advertising​​
• Plan and execute integrated online/offline marketing campaigns, including digital advertising and social media promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For

Education Background​​
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related fields.

​​Work Experience​​
• 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in industrial or B2B technology sectors.
• Experience in the data center industry, with knowledge of its supply chain and key stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge of data center cooling systems is a plus.
• Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale industry events and technical seminars.

​​Skills​​
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong project management and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools.
• Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaign performance.

​​Personal Qualities​​
• Strong capability in B2B customer communication, with the ability to collaborate closely with the sales team to drive customer visits, identify business opportunities, and support conversion
• Proven ability in industry development and relationship building, with a proactive approach to engaging key accounts and contributing to the development of the broader industry ecosystem
• Results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver work efficiently
• Strong business acumen with a keen sense of market insight and strategic thinking
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to perform effectively under high-pressure, multi-project environments, with strong resilience and the ability to manage complex stakeholder communications
• Willingness to travel frequently as required by industry-related activities
