What You’ll Be Doing

Inbound :                                                                                                                                                                

  • Lead and participate in local and global projects.
  • Ensure all relevant fields are maintained and updated on time to ensure high-quality processes.
  • Establish close collaboration with suppliers (including SLA/OLA), drive continuous improvement, ensure timely and accurate information sharing, forecasting, and structured efforts to reduce lead time, costs, and raw material inventory, and maintain a clear development plan to achieve logistics excellence.
  • Support on the KPI result analysis and improvement action plan.                                                                                                                                      

Production planning :                                                                                                                                            

  • Stock controlling for Semi and Finished Goods (monitor / level responsible / counting).
  • Release planned orders - production order (semi- and finished). Follow up on the daily production output.
  • SIOP (sales, inventory & operation planning) / programming in SAP. Maintain Production master data (e.g. new codes / deletions / changes).
  • Production load leveling, Prioritization of production orders, Scrap registration for Finished Goods.
  • Components stock deviation at the shopfloor.
  • Ensure information regarding production planning level, changes in demand relevant for Supplier collaboration and development.                                                        

Outbound:                                                                                                                                                                

  • Monitor Global Sales. Monitor Global Availability & Reliability.
  • Make sure sales orders are confirmed (delivered) as requested - take action.
  • Evaluate the sales pattern - take actions when needed. Monitor stock transport orders .   

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or certificate within logistics, business administration, supply chain or other relevant fields.
  • Experience in parts and supplier management, production planning, SIOP planning, order handling or delivery planning.                                                                                                                                                                                             
  • Good communication skills, ability to influence and work through others.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills. Flexible, creative and possessing a "can do" attitude.
  • Fluent English.
  • Familiar with SAP.
