参与变频器新产品开发项目的硬件设计和测试验证需求，关注开关电源设计，EMC滤波器设计，STO和CE认证方面的设计和认证工作，以及对量产产品的品质改善和维护工作。
What You’ll Be Doing
・参与变频器的新产品开发项目，负责硬件方案设计；
・独立完成开关电源的设计，包括拓扑选择、器件选型、环路设计和变压器设计，以及电路调试；
・参与STO和CE的设计和认证；
・参与变频器量产产品的品质改善和维护；
・参与竞争对手分析、新技术评估测试、现场故障分析；
・完成经理安排的其他工作。
What We're Looking For
・自动化、电力电子或相关专业，本科及以上学历；
・5 年以上硬件电路设计经验，有变频器产品设计经验者优先；
・精通开关电源设计，有较强的电路调试经验；
・熟悉EMC 标准和测试方法，有一定的EMC滤波器设计经验；
・熟悉STO标准和认证流程，有一定的STO电路设计经验；
・熟悉Altium design、Cadance等画图软件和PCB Layout规则；
・熟悉Pspice等电路仿真软件；
・良好的英语读写及口语能力；
・具备高效且有效的沟通协调能力，有强烈的探索欲望和学习动力，对于探索AI助力工作具有浓厚的兴趣，且具备一定的经验。
