The Impact You'll Make
As a Senior Product Engineer, you will lead the development of innovative products and drive continuous improvement of existing solutions. Your expertise will strengthen our technical leadership, optimize production costs, and ensure product reliability throughout the entire lifecycle. You will manage cross‑functional project teams, collaborate directly with customers, and guide the industrialization of new designs. Your leadership will help transform complex requirements into robust, scalable, and competitive products.
This role is open in our site in Annemasse, France and regular presence in the office is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development of new products and the optimization of existing ones to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Manage cross‑functional project teams, define priorities, and coordinate planning and meetings.
- Perform advanced product design, including geometry modeling, material and treatment selection, and sealing requirements.
- Oversee prototype development, testing plans, and validation activities with internal teams and suppliers.
- Drive industrialization activities and ensure complete, accurate technical documentation within the ERP.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in mechanical engineering (Bac +5).
- 5+ years of experience in product development, mechanical design, or engineering project leadership.
- Strong expertise in mechanics, fluid mechanics, and product industrialization.
- Experience with continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma, DFSS Green Belt preferred, FMEA, APQP, PPAP).
- Fluency in French and English (C1).
