We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our electronic radiator thermostats (eTRV). In this role, you’ll shape the future of one of Danfoss’ most iconic heating components . Your work will directly drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a product area that improves energy efficiency and reduces carbon emissions worldwide.
You’ll focus on steering new developments and maintaining existing projects within our product roadmap, ensuring our eTRVs meet evolving customer needs and open doors to new business segments. By turning market insights into actionable plans, you’ll help us deliver solutions that make buildings smarter, more comfortable, and more sustainable.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the electronic TRV Product group throughout its lifecycle, from concept to retirement
- Prioritize new development projects and maintenance to keep the roadmap aligned with market needs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with sales, turning customer requirements into concrete plans for different residential and commercial building types
- Create and demonstrate compelling value propositions that strengthen our market position
- Partner with development teams to ensure continuous product maintenance and improvement, including product migration strategies
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in the HVAC industry understanding various heating applications, working with digital solutions, product management, or system integration
- Engineering background combined with business development or commercial product management experience
- A customer-first mindset with proven ability to translate needs into solutions that generate scalable business models Ability to drive impact with high speed
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across internal teams, external partners, and organizational levels
- Location preference: Silkeborg, but other locations are possible
