As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Danfoss’s global digital transformation.
You will shape and evolve our enterprise cloud platform, enabling developers, data teams, Manufacturing Technology, and business stakeholders to innovate faster, safer, and more efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the cloud vision, product purpose, and roadmap, aligning technology evolution with business objectives.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories, ensuring clarity for engineers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, cloud architects, data/AI teams, and IT leadership to deliver enterprise‑grade cloud capabilities.
- Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog based on value, risk, and technical dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement of landing zones, multi‑cloud Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, IAM services, and governance tooling.Advance cost‑efficient cloud adoption, using cloud financial management and platform metrics to guide decisions.
- Evangelize cloud best practices across business units, developers, and manufacturing technology teams.
- Enable and grow a global cloud community, fostering knowledge‑sharing and adoption of platform services.
- Stay ahead of cloud technology trends, driving innovation and modern engineering practices.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (workshops, sprint planning, grooming) to ensure momentum and predictable delivery.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings deep cloud experience, strong product leadership, and a high‑growth mindset—someone who thrives on learning, collaboration, and evolving solutions over time.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Solution Architect, or Cloud Engineering/DevOps role, ideally working with enterprise cloud solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure and services on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Fluency in the language of developers and architects, with the ability to clearly translate technical concepts into business value.
- Proven experience owning roadmaps and leading backlogs in global, distributed agile environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and “sell” the value of cloud services.
- Ability to identify and communicate performance bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and working knowledge of the ITIL framework.Proficiency in written and spoken English.
