As our Senior Product Owner, BI & Analytics, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions—enabling smarter use of data across our organisation and supporting decisions with impactful analytical products.
Your impact? By aligning product strategy with business goals and maximising value delivery throughout the product life cycle, you’ll empower stakeholders with actionable insights, streamline analytics initiatives, and drive user adoption of BI-driven solutions.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, taking ownership of the BI & Analytics product backlog, roadmap, and delivery processes—helping Danfoss move toward a more data-driven, efficient, and future-ready organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for BI & Analytics products, aligned with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address challenges, and identify value opportunities.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and technical feasibility.
- Drive iterative releases and continuous enhancements of analytics products, defining clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Promote user adoption through a focus on user experience, actionable insights, and compliance with regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or data product management, with 3+ years in a Product Owner/Manager role.
- Proficiency in BI tools (SAP BW, SAC, Power BI, DataBricks) and understanding of SAP reporting and data warehousing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and prioritisation skills with a growth mindset.
