What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage production planning activities to achieve delivery, inventory, and production efficiency targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning accuracy, material flow, and production scheduling processes.
- Monitor capacity planning, inventory levels, and material availability to minimize disruptions and optimize plant performance.
- Develop and maintain production plans using ERP/MRP systems while ensuring compliance with operational and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure production schedules are aligned with customer requirements and operational capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production planning tools.
- Experience leading teams and driving operational improvements to achieve performance targets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
