As our Senior Production Planning Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of production operations to meet customer demand, optimize inventory levels, and support on-time delivery performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of production planning activities, helping us move toward a more efficient and innovative future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage production planning activities to achieve delivery, inventory, and production efficiency targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning accuracy, material flow, and production scheduling processes.
  • Monitor capacity planning, inventory levels, and material availability to minimize disruptions and optimize plant performance.
  • Develop and maintain production plans using ERP/MRP systems while ensuring compliance with operational and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure production schedules are aligned with customer requirements and operational capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • Several years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production planning tools.
  • Experience leading teams and driving operational improvements to achieve performance targets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
