As our Senior Professional, Manufacturing Engineering, you’ll play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence by improving process efficiency, product quality, and operational performance to support reliable and sustainable operations.
You will help improve productivity, reduce waste and downtime, strengthen process capability, and ensure stable manufacturing performance that supports customer delivery and business goals.
You’ll collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams while taking ownership of process improvement initiatives, engineering documentation, and operational performance optimization to help us build a more efficient and continuous-improvement-driven future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize machine performance.
- Track, analyze, and report actual vs. standard consumption, implementing corrective actions for process deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and align operational objectives.
- Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, Standard Work, and other engineering documentation.
- Lead structured problem-solving activities (4Step, 8D, DMAIC) to eliminate chronic defects, improve first-pass yield, strengthen process capability, and reduce variability.
- Improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, identify bottlenecks using data analytics, and support smooth production flow and material movement.
- Support production planning and scheduling by eliminating constraints and contributing to stable manufacturing performance and customer service objectives.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with mandatory experience in Hydraulics and a strong ability to drive manufacturing and process improvements.
- 8+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in Hydraulics, Control Valves, Pumps, and Proportional Valves within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with machinery and equipment such as Hydraulic Test Stands and assembly equipment to ensure operational reliability and efficiency.
- Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, DOE, and structured root-cause analysis methodologies to improve quality and process capability.
- Proficiency in CAD, process documentation, and data analysis tools, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
