The Impact You'll Make
You will play a key role in shaping how Danfoss sells, delivers, and serves customers globally. By driving the transition to SAP S/4HANA, you help enable smarter, faster, and more sustainable order‑to‑cash processes that support our digitalization and electrification journey.
Working at the intersection of business and IT, you will translate real commercial needs into scalable SAP SD solutions. Your work will directly impact customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth across regions.
As part of a global Digital & IT community, you will collaborate with skilled colleagues who are front‑runners in SAP technology—learning, influencing, and delivering solutions that matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end‑to‑end SAP SD solutions from design to go‑live, ensuring robust and scalable order management outcomes.
- Drive SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades, replacing ECC with future‑ready, standardized solutions.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand sales and distribution needs and translate them into clear functional designs.
- Plan and execute structured testing and go‑live activities, including integration, UAT, and hypercare support.
- Enable users through training and follow‑up, ensuring adoption, stability, and continuous improvement after deployment.
What We're Looking For
- Deep SAP SD / Quote‑to‑Cash expertise, with strong end‑to‑end knowledge of order management, delivery, and billing in complex landscapes.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions, including solution design and functional specifications.
- Ability to work across functions and cultures, collaborating effectively in a global, matrix organization.
- Strong business partnering skills, able to challenge requirements and align solutions with IT architecture.
- Fluent English communication and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.
