We now have an exciting new opportunity to recruit a Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain Data & Digitalization, to be based from one of our primary locations for Danfoss Power Solutions within Europe. This role will be responsiuble for ensuring that DPS Supply Chain data used across divisions is available, correct, well‑structured, and future‑proof. The position acts as the bridge between business and IT, shaping the supply chain digital roadmap while ensuring day‑to‑day business needs are supported with reliable data, tools, and dashboards.
The role works across divisions, functions, and segments, representing DPS Supply Chain in data and digital forums and driving alignment on priorities, standards, and architecture.
What You’ll Be Doing

Drive and enable Supply Chain data quality across divisions, identifying gaps and ensuring structured, reliable data

Support and improve master data quality by providing tools, insights, and consistent ways of working

Ensure data structures and solutions meet both operational needs and long‑term analytics requirements

Define and maintain the Supply Chain digital and data roadmap, balancing long‑term architecture with short‑term business needs

Translate business requirements into clear specifications for developers and oversee delivery and usability

Coordinate, prioritise, and scope work for developers building tools, dashboards, and data pipelines

Act as the primary interface between Supply Chain teams and IT, aligning expectations and responsibilities

Collaborate across divisions and functions to support ongoing business needs while enabling future capabilities
What We're Looking For

Strong experience in data, analytics, or digital solutions within a complex business environment

Proven ability to work across functions, divisions and IT, and translate business needs into digital or data solutions

Skilled at coordinating or prioritising work for technical teams, with Supply Chain experience as an advantage

Structured, pragmatic, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while building trust across teams

Able to balance long‑term strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and solution‑focused collaboration
