What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to develop joysticks, displays, controllers, and similar products for on and off-highway applications. Further, you will work with operations, supply chain, and process development engineering teams to help establish manufacturing at our global sites.
We execute projects in accordance with Danfoss Product Development Process (PDP), a phase-gate, Trusted Process.
Other key tasks include:
- Support business case creation and maintenance
- Ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
- Manage stakeholder engagement within CCS, Danfoss, suppliers, and customers
- Ensure strong cooperation within cross functional, global teams
- Develop tools and processes to advance the efficiency and capability of the PMO
What We're Looking For
- BS or MS in electrical, mechanical, or software engineering or similar
- 5-10 years of experience as a project manager in product/process development
- Project experience including circuit board, mechanical, and software design
- PMP certification is preferred
- Fluent in English

This position is based in our Plymouth, MN location. As teams and manufacturing sites are located globally, some domestic or international travel is expected (up to 15-25 days/year)
