At Danfoss Industrial Refrigeration, you’ll be at the heart of delivering sustainable solutions that help customers and industries reduce environmental impact. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll guide projects from concept to market launch, ensuring our innovations reach customers faster and with maximum value.
You’ll work closely with our plant in Poland, collaborate with international vendors, and engage with stakeholders in Denmark. This role operates in a hybrid agile environment designed to accelerate time to market.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage projects from robust concept and business case approval through industrialization, ramp up, and product release to operational handover
- Work with cross functional teams to set clear sprint objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines
- Build strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and vendors, adapting communication to keep everyone informed and engaged
- Facilitate problem solving sessions to overcome executional challenges and improve project outcomes
- Contribute to enhancing project execution in hybrid work environments using Agile methodologies
What We're Looking For
- Proven project management experience in new product development within an industrial environment
- Ability to understand and navigate the technical aspects of product development and manufacturing
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication across cultures
- Experience working in agile project environments (without direct people management responsibilities)
- Able to work regularly on site in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland or Kolding, Denmark, with occasional travel
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
