Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our multicultural team in Denmark. In this role, you will lead high impact projects within our Commercial Compressor Electronics division, delivering innovative electronic control solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, accelerate decarbonization, and support Danfoss’ growth in Europe and beyond.

You will work closely with Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Support, Sales, and R&D, taking full ownership of project planning and execution. By driving prioritization, ensuring alignment across functions, and maintaining clear governance, you will help shape a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead multiple product development projects end‑to‑end, ensuring commitments on scope, quality, cost, and timing are met.
  • Define and protect project scope and delivery plans, proactively managing changes and escalating risks when objectives are at stake.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams across R&D, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Commercial functions to drive aligned execution.
  • Facilitate project forums such as workshops, sprint planning, and steering committees to ensure transparency and informed decision‑making.
  • Strengthen ways of working, continuously improving project tools, templates, and processes to increase delivery efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 7-10 years experience leading complex projects in electronics, embedded software, or technology‑driven product development environments.
  • Background in engineering or equivalent practical experience enabling effective dialogue with technical teams.
  • Proven ability to own commitments, manage risks, and set clear boundaries while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills, comfortable working across functions and seniority levels.
  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or stage‑gate project environments, using modern project management tools.
  • Professional fluency in English; Danish language skills are an advantage.
