The Impact You'll Make

You will play a key role in bringing innovative embedded electronics products to market — solutions that enable smarter energy use and support the green transition. In this role, you directly influence how Danfoss delivers sustainable technologies that matter.
You will lead complex development projects across hardware and software, ensuring the right balance between speed, quality, and cost. Your work will help accelerate product launches and strengthen competitiveness in a global environment.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders, you will take end-to-end ownership of project execution — creating alignment, driving progress, and enabling teams to succeed together.

What You’ll Be Doing

•    Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver embedded electronics products and updates successfully and on time
•    Define project scope, timelines, and milestones to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs
•    Drive collaboration across hardware, software, and external partners to enable smooth execution and faster delivery
•    Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders to maintain transparency and momentum
•    Support and coach teams to improve performance, foster continuous improvement, and strengthen delivery outcomes

What We're Looking For

•    Experience managing product development projects within embedded electronics, including collaboration with external suppliers or partners
•    Solid understanding of agile ways of working (e.g., Scrum, Kanban or similar)
•    Ability to work across both hardware and software environments in a technical setting
•    Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills in cross-functional teams
•    Proven track record in delivering projects with clear outcomes, with 3+ years of relevant project management experience  
•    Ideally a degree in Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field
