The Impact You'll Make
As our Senior Qualify Engineer, you’ll play a key role of quality zero defect journery, be responsible for the new customer project and new developing product advance quality assurance and lead QMS&EHS system. acitivitites
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead quality planning and risk assessment (APQP) during new customer project introduction
- Translate customer quality requirements into internal processes and ensure effective implementation
- Participate in project reviews (RFQ, Kick-off, Gate Reviews, etc.) to identify quality risks and define control measures
- Manage quality throughout the entire new product development process (NPI/NPD)
- Lead PPAP preparation and submission to ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Drive effective implementation of quality tools such as DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC
- Monitor product quality performance during pilot run and production ramp-up
- Maintenance, and continuous improvement of the IATF 16949 &EHS system
- Lead internal audits, manufacturing process audits
- Drive effective implementation of QMS requirements in both project development and daily operations
- Lead external audits (customer audits, third-party audits)
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree with 5-8 years Quality working experience
- ISO/IATF auditor
- Six-Sigma Greenbelt
- HAVC or Automotive industry experience
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Self-driven, result oriented, good ability to work under presure
