As our new Senior Quality Manager for our Danfoss Power Solutions plant in Nordborg, you’ll drive the quality agenda across our entire value chain and shape how we deliver excellence to our customers. You’ll lead a dedicated quality team, set the tone for a zerodefect culture, and play a key role in turning ideas into long-lasting improvements across the organization. Your work will have a real impact—from customer satisfaction to operational performance—because quality sits at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching, and developing an engaged and highperforming quality team
- Ensuring customer satisfaction from a quality perspective and strengthening our position as a trusted partner
- Driving a zerodefect mindset across internal and external processes within the full supply chain
- Guiding cross-functional quality improvement projects and acting as the connector between customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Securing compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 through your experience with Quality Management Systems
What We're Looking For
- A background in engineering or a similar field, plus several years of experience in a comparable role
- Hands-on experience with production environments, production processes, engineering, and quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, and PPAP
- A focus on delivering results and continuously raising the quality bar in a global industrial environment
- Confident communication skills in English and Danish, with the ability to engage partners at all levels
- A collaborative, proactive, and resilient mindset with the ability to motivate others and guide change
