The Impact You'll Make
You will shape how complex, configurable products are sold, priced, and delivered—by building reliable, scalable SAP Variant Configuration solutions that support Danfoss’ global growth and digital transformation.
Working at the intersection of SAP, integrations, and cloud technologies, you will ensure system stability while helping the business transition to S/4HANA Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC). Your work will directly improve customer experience, solution quality, and speed to market.
This is a hands‑on consulting role where your technical insight and systems thinking help global teams move faster, smarter, and with confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and evolve SAP Variant Configuration and Pricing solutions to support complex business scenarios across S/4HANA landscapes
- Enable end‑to‑end integrations across SAP and cloud platforms, ensuring stable data flows and scalable architectures
- Support the migration from LO‑VC to S/4HANA Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC), translating business needs into robust IT solutions
- Ensure system reliability by resolving incidents, performing root‑cause analysis, and implementing long‑term improvements
- Collaborate with global IT and business teams to deliver enhancements, upgrades, and modernization initiatives—including AI‑ and automation‑driven improvements
What We're Looking For

Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Variant Configuration, including S/4HANA Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC)

Exposure to or experience with LO‑VC to AVC migration in enterprise SAP environments

Solid understanding of SAP and cloud integrations, such as APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, or similar technologies

Experience working in complex, global IT landscapes, contributing to projects and change initiatives

Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams
