What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead distributor performance to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Develop new business opportunities and expand project pipeline
- Provide technical guidance and product training to partners
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B technical sales (HVAC/R or industrial preferred)
- Experience managing distributors/channels
- Strong technical communication and customer engagement
- English communication for global collaboration
