You will work at the intersection of technology, product strategy, and customer needs—translating complex engineering challenges into clear, practical outcomes. Your work will directly influence our technology roadmap, our partnerships, and how we bring new high volume sensor products to market.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Evaluate and mature new sensing technologies to determine their readiness for industrialization and integration into product platforms.
• Lead early technical clarifications to enable confident decisions before full product development begins.
• Drive technology assessments and due diligence when screening potential partners, acquisitions, or external solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial, supply chain, and global colleagues to translate needs into actionable technology directions.
• Engage with customers and external partners to uncover challenges and shape solutions that create real market value.
What We're Looking For
• A M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent technical background, giving you a strong foundation for practical technology decision making.
• Solid experience with sensor technology or other high volume manufactured products.
• Ability to independently drive technology clarification and industrialization—not purely academic exploration.
• Strong communication skills and ease in working with customers and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• A pragmatic, hands on problem solver with a talent for turning complex concepts into manufacturable solutions.
