The Impact You'll Make

 

As our Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in advancing sustainable refrigeration and air conditioning solutions that improve energy efficiency and support the global green transition. 
 

You’ll design and deliver embedded software that makes our products smarter, more reliable, and more sustainable — benefiting customers, communities, and the environment. 
 

You’ll collaborate with system control, hardware, and software engineers, as well as external partners across the full software development lifecycle, including new product development, implementation of change requests, and management of updates for products currently in the market. 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded software modules, hardware drivers, and application code for refrigeration and air conditioning systems. 
  • Create and execute test specifications, perform verification and validation, and ensure software meets functional and user requirements. 
  • Maintain clear and accurate software design documentation while supporting continuous improvement in development processes. 
  • Apply best practices in automation, testing, quality assurance, and release management. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in agile events, with occasional travel (5–10 days/year) to meet customers, partners, and suppliers.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, with experience in embedded software development and control systems.
  • Proven experience in embedded software development using C/C++, Python, and Structured Text.
  • Understanding of control theory, system dynamics, and mechatronics.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, and Bluetooth.
  • Experience with software specification tools (e.g., Polarion) and software testing methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
