负责变频器产品嵌入式软件的设计、开发与验证，支撑产品从概念评审到量产交付的全生命周期管理；通过高质量的代码实现与高效的跨部门协作，确保产品在性能、成本、可靠性维度满足中国市场客户需求，并符合内部研发流程规范。
What You’ll Be Doing
参与新产品需求澄清与可行性评估，输出软件架构设计、接口规范及风险清单。
支持 PMSM/IM 控制策略开发，使用 Matlab/Simulink 进行算法仿真、模型验证与预研。
基于 C/C++ 完成核心模块编写，遵循功能安全与代码规范，确保代码可追溯。
负责软硬件联调及系统测试，定位解决集成阶段问题。
参与台架测试与现场调试，闭环解决软件客诉，支持产品顺利量产。
执行敏捷流程与技术文档编写，优化工具链与自动化测试，提升协作效率。
What We're Looking For
1、本科及以上学历，电力电子、自动化、电气工程、控制工程、机电一体化等相关专业
2、5年以上嵌入式软件开发经验，至少2年变频器/伺服/逆变器等电力电子产品开发经历
3、精通C/C++语言，具备良好的代码规范意识与调试能力，能系统分析问题，定位根因
4、熟悉MCU开发，了解ADC/PWM/TIMER/USART等外设驱动
5、掌握电机学基础，理解矢量控制原理、PID调节、坐标变换等核心概念，有实际参数整定经验
6、了解嵌入式软件开发流程，有文档编写习惯，具备基本的质量与风险管控意识
7、关注行业技术动态，愿意探索新工具、新方法提升开发效率
