Holds the responsibilty for driving optimization of operational procurement and managing effectively the interfaces to the business. Is the one point of contact for operational procurement matters for the busines in a region/location. Provides the link between the business, PS Procurement and Category Management. Responsibilities to manage, lead, and coordinate all aspects of daily procurement at the location(s)/region(s) assigned. Driving & developing People & Organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the strategy, cascade the strategy and ensure execution. E.g. make the overall strategy and direction clear and understandable for all team members. Exemplify the link to each person's own role and responsibilities, during target setting.
- Set up, perform, and document performance management process for the entire team.
- Act as a procurement representative in Division meetings for S&OP, Key projects, performance improvement and change management.
- Provide an interface between Category Management, Project Management & Supplier Quality
- Lead negotiation for Logistics Agreements (SLA, Lead Time Reduction, MOQ, Stocking Agreements, Capacity, Flexibility) with external suppliers in coordination with Category Management.
- Negotiate FWA, pricing and surcharge agreements, Pricing & Price Change Reporting correctly done.
Execution of standard processes and tools for Change Management, Project Implementation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical and/or other engineering major.
- 5 years experience in hydraulics industry.
- English as working language for both writing and speaking.
- PPAP tools.
- Commerical negotiation skill.
