The Impact You'll Make

You will shape the future of liquid cooling solutions for data centers by turning customer challenges into scalable, high‑performance system concepts. Your work will directly support the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of next‑generation digital infrastructure.

By combining deep technical expertise with market and customer insight, you will influence how cooling systems are designed, integrated, and manufactured. Your contributions will help bridge component innovation and complete system solutions.

As a senior specialist, you will play a key role in guiding early‑stage concepts, supporting technology roadmaps, and collaborating across Danfoss segments to deliver meaningful customer value.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage with customers and market stakeholders to understand cooling challenges and translate needs into clear system and sub‑system requirements.
  • Lead concept development of liquid cooling sub‑systems, ensuring strong thermal, flow, and regulation performance while considering manufacturability and cost.
  • Optimize concept designs for manufacturing (DfM) and for cost optimization.
  • Develop system architectures and feasibility concepts that integrate components such as manifolds, connectors, hoses, and valves into robust solutions.
  • Identify innovation opportunities and technology gaps to support future solution categories and contribute to system‑level technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate across engineering, product management, manufacturing, and commercial teams to support concepts, prototypes, and customer proposals.

What We're Looking For

  • Atleast 5 years of experience in product, system, or sub‑system engineering within liquid cooling, thermal management, or fluid conveyance domains.
  • Solid expertise in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermal/fluid system design, with the ability to adjust and optimize system parameters end‑to‑end.
  • Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into system concepts, architecture diagrams, and early engineering analyses.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally and communicating complex technical topics to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
