The Impact You'll Make

As our Senior Treasury Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing Danfoss’s cash, liquidity, and financial risk—ensuring our operations run smoothly and sustainably.Your impact? You’ll provide strategic and analytical support to optimise treasury processes, safeguard financial resources, and enable informed decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to operational continuity, compliance with global standards, and the efficient use of financial assets.You’ll collaborate with global and local stakeholders, financial institutions, and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, multicultural, and results-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

 Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.

Execute and control financial operations, including investments, financing, FX, and derivatives.

Develop and present analytical reports to provide cash management visibility to Global Treasury.

Support audits and board presentations with accurate financial data and insights.

Lead or participate in global projects and continuous improvement initiatives for treasury processes. 

What We're Looking For

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field; postgraduate or MBA in Finance is a plus.

Advanced or fluent English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.

Proven experience in treasury and cash management, preferably in large corporations.

Advanced knowledge of cash flow, working capital, financial instruments, and banking operations.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
