The Impact You'll Make

As Service Engineer (m/f/d), you will be the crucial link between customers, partners, and our service network – ensuring that technical issues are resolved quickly and smoothly. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and keeps critical systems running.

You’ll join a collaborative, KPI-driven team where your ideas and initiative matter – whether you are early in your career or bringing first hands-on experience. This role is a great entry point to build deep expertise in drives technology and after-sales service.

Based in Offenbach, you’ll gain strong onboarding support while contributing to a global service organization that is becoming increasingly digital, connected, and customer-focused.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own service cases end-to-end, ensuring fast response times and high-quality resolution for customers and partners
  • Provide technical support across the full drives portfolio via phone, email, and digital tools, including remote troubleshooting
  • Coordinate service activities across local and international teams, including dispatching cases to certified service partners
  • Collaborate closely with customers, sales, field service technicians, and global service teams to deliver seamless support
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and generate leads based on customer interactions and installed base insights

What We're Looking For

  • Technical foundation in electrical engineering from basic training / education
  • First experience or strong interest in drives technology, applications, or technical customer support (junior profiles are also welcome)
  • Comfort with digital tools such as CRM/service systems, MS Excel & Word, and chat-based communication tools
  • Customer-focused, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership
  • Strong communication skills in German and English

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
