What You’ll Be Doing
1. Follow and handle service cases
2. Manage spare parts inventory
3. Support on service report and service dashboard
4. Handle some problems encountered in the operation of service partners and engineers
5. Service quotation and payment
6. Service contract operation and management
7. Service partner maintain and management
8. Handle raw material requests
9. Regular check and scrap defective products
10. Coordination on global emergent service requests
11. System setting for warranty
13. Others (other operations related to service system issues and processes)
What We're Looking For
Education Background:Bachelor's degree or above in related majors.
Work Experience:At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Professional Skills:Proficient in operating Salesforce and SAP systems, with the ability to use the systems to complete daily work efficiently.
Soft Skills:
Strong team cooperation spirit, able to actively collaborate with team members to achieve project and work goals.
Excellent customer service awareness, committed to providing high-quality service for internal and external customers, and maintaining good customer relationships.
