At our site in Graasten, you’ll play a key role in keeping global shipments moving smoothly and ensuring customers receive their products on time. You are the link between warehouse, transport providers, and customers – making sure everything connects seamlessly.

You’ll work in a collaborative, international environment handling shipments across ~90 countries. Your work directly impacts operational quality, customer satisfaction, and our ability to deliver on our promises.

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy practical, hands-on work in logistics and want to grow your skills in shipping, transport coordination, and customs – with full support and learning on the job.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage shipment creation and transport bookings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery flows
  • Prepare and handle transport and customs documents, supporting global shipments
  • Work closely with warehouse teams and carriers to align capacity and resolve issues quickly
  • Support customer inquiries and ensure clear, professional communication
  • Perform invoice checks and KPI tracking to maintain quality and cost control
  • Use SAP and transport management systems to manage orders and logistics processes
  • Take ownership of claims handling and contribute to continuous improvement discussions

What We're Looking For

  • A completed commercial education / apprenticeship (e.g., freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or similar)
  • Interest in logistics and global trade ideally paired with practical experience – customs knowledge is a plus but can be learned on the job
  • Comfortable working with IT systems (SAP or similar tools) and handling data
  • A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills across warehouse and office teams
  • A structured, reliable way of working and the ability to solve problems proactively
  • Fluent Danish and English (spoken and written)

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
