You’ll have the opportunity to shape processes, improve performance, and make your mark on daily operations.  We offer a work environment where you can grow your skills in logistics, supply chain, and continuous improvement, while working alongside experienced teammates who value teamwork and accountability.

This is a full-time, on-site role (40 hours/week) based in Louisville, KY, supporting operations at two locations approximately one mile apart, giving you exposure to a broader operational footprint and hands-on leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and coordinate outbound shipments to meet customer delivery requirements and improve on-time performance
  • Schedule and manage carrier pickups to ensure efficient, cost-effective transportation
  • Prepare and validate shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, international paperwork) to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Monitor delivery performance and analyze trends to identify root causes and drive improvements
  • Support daily shipping operations and team coordination to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflows

What We're Looking For

  • Experience coordinating shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of shipping documentation, including domestic and international requirements (e.g., Canada and Mexico)
  • Comfort using ERP systems (such as SAP or Axapta) and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently while collaborating effectively with others
  • Strong communication skills for working with internal teams, carriers, and customers

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
