What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing application software using MATLAB/Simulink to deliver robust and high‑performance control functionality.
- Translating customer needs into clear application specifications that guide development and ensure real‑world impact.
- Collaborating closely with engineers across disciplines to design, integrate, and validate application features.
- Contributing to backlog planning and refinement to support predictable, high‑quality teamwork and delivery.
- Sharing your expertise in drives, networks, and fieldbuses to help strengthen system behaviour and interoperability.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and model‑based software development.
- Practical experience with motors and drives, drive systems, electricity networks, OR fieldbus technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a global engineering environment through clear communication and collaboration.
- A proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and motivation to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Fluency in English and Finnish language is seen as an asset.
