The Impact You'll Make
The Sourcing Project Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and facilitating Procurement Projects. At the same time, he/she will also take charge of certain category/supplier responsibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
Material Saving: End-to-end responsibility in the delivery of cost saving projects with all project levers by ensuring that projects are managed properly and meeting all expectations.
Strategic and Risk Mitigation projects: End-to-end responsibility in the delivery of dual source, localization and other risk mitigation projects, by ensuring that projects are managed properly and meeting all expectations.
NPD/CDE/Agile: End-to-end responsibility in the delivery of projects, or supporting projects managing and coordinating procurement activities.
Business Case Development: Create sound business cases with a Total Cost of Ownership mindset. Get them presented to and approved by the business, business cases can be created by Category Managers as well and handed over to SPM.
Pipeline: Participate/support cost saving pipeline/workshop for resource, technical and process levers.
Capex / investments: Control capex / investments in the projects.
Project Leadership: Lead cross function project team and facilitate project progress and ensure team's result and output.
System Compliance: IATF standards and procedures compliance, Danfoss Procurement toolbox, Business Award process.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor degree or above, with 5-10 years of procurement related experience from a manufacturing industry
Experience with project management, stakeholder Management (influence others, communication)
Good communication and coordination skills
Essential personal characteristics
Strong team player with good people skills and a good ability to impact different stakeholders on different levels in the organization
Has a high personal drive, result oriented and proactive approach
English can be used as working language
