As our Global Fulfilment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening end‑to‑end fulfilment execution to improve customer delivery performance across our global manufacturing network, ensuring reliable product availability for customers worldwide.
You’ll enhance material master data quality, optimize intercompany supply flows, and secure accurate supply mapping—directly improving delivery reliability, operational transparency, and customer satisfaction across the Power Solutions segment.
You’ll collaborate closely with Industrial Global Supply Chain, manufacturing sites, and cross‑functional supply chain stakeholders, taking ownership of material master management, intercompany flow optimization, and global supply mapping, helping us move toward a more efficient, resilient, and customer‑focused global supply chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead global customer delivery and past‑due reduction initiatives to consistently meet divisional On‑Time Delivery (OTD) targets through root cause analysis and corrective actions with manufacturing plants.
- Support internal stakeholders by governing fulfilment‑related material master data (lead times, planning parameters), driving data quality standards, audits, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global manufacturing, distribution sites, and supply chain partners to maintain and optimize intercompany supply networks and supply mapping across regions.
- Use strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to manage and resolve global intercompany supply shortages that impact customer delivery performance.
- Continuously learn and share expertise by representing the division in the segment fulfilment forum and partnering with IT and cross‑functional teams to shape and deliver fulfilment‑related business process and system improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in Supply Chain Management, delivering results in complex, data‑driven environments.
- Strong SAP MM expertise with the ability to manage material master data and fulfilment processes effectively (SAP SD is a plus).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and Excel, enabling advanced reporting, performance tracking, and actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including hands‑on experience with root cause analysis across supply chain and delivery challenges.
- Solid understanding of sales, finance, and business operations, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to collaborate across global, cross‑functional teams (APICS CPIM certification is a plus).
