As a Specialist in HFM Reporting Systems, you will help ensure that our global consolidation system runs smoothly and continues improving to meet the needs of the business.
You will join a small team of experts responsible for operating, maintaining, and developing the systems used for consolidated financial reporting across Danfoss. Your work will have a direct impact on the stability, quality, and performance of a system used across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding complex system structures, integrations, and data flows, and who is motivated by turning technical challenges into robust and scalable solutions.
The position can be based at our headquarter in Nordborg or at our Kolding Campus.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, configure, and maintain the HFM financial consolidation system, ensuring stability and reliable performance.
- Monitor system operations, manage data loads and jobs, and troubleshoot technical issues to keep reporting processes running smoothly.
- Provide technical user support, including root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and clear documentation of solutions.
- Contribute to system improvements and development projects, including integrations, automation, and process optimization across the reporting landscape.
- Support ongoing improvements of the platform, including upgrades, performance optimization, and new functionality.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you combine a solid technical background within IT finance systems, data engineering, or a similar field with an interest in financial reporting and consolidation processes.
- Experience working with HFM or a similar financial consolidation system.
- Experience in VBScript or similar scripting used for system configuration and automation.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integrations in reporting or finance system environments.
- Experience with structured troubleshooting and problem analysis, combined with a methodical approach to documentation, testing, and change management.
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly in English and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
