The Impact You'll Make
- Lead and follow up on Inbound projects and continuous improvement activities at Inbound local and global organization . e.g. Logistics Cost savings, DOI, Lead Time, supplier performance.
- Implement and document continuous improvement initiatives on internal audits and participate in the standardization and improvement process related tools, together with procurement, quality and others across the supply chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading or joining local and global projects
- Keeping master data accurate and up to date
- Developing and optimizing processes and tools across plants and business units
- Working closely with suppliers to improve processes, ensure material availability, and assess their capacity and logistics
- Planning workshops to build knowledge, skills, lean culture, and support change management
- Tracking and delivering agreed KPIs
- Sharing new knowledge within the inbound network
- Contributing to global and local inbound strategies aligned with Danfoss goals
- Developing and maintaining the inbound QMS model for consistent processes
- Managing material planning from ordering to resolving blocked invoices
- Acting as a super user in process development and IT tools to drive improvement
