The Impact You'll Make
As our Specialist (m/f/d) for Sales Excellence based in Hamburg, Neumünster, Nordborg or Copenhagen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how strategy turns into real commercial impact within the Danfoss Controls Division. By combining strong market understanding with solid technical insight, you help ensure that our solutions meet real customer needs and are successfully brought to market.
Acting as a bridge between technology and commercialization, you connect engineering capabilities, digital customer experience, and sales execution. Your work directly influences how we collaborate with distribution partners and how effectively we scale new ways of working.
In this role, you bring structure, momentum, and clarity to complex initiatives. You help teams move from ideas to execution and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth across regions and functions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate business and sales strategies into clear execution plans that improve go‑to‑market effectiveness.
- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects that connect technical products, digital solutions, and commercial priorities.
- Drive the implementation and scaling of the Target Support Model with distribution partners to improve customer value and sales effectiveness.
- Act as a link between technical experts and commercial stakeholders, turning technical detail into clear value propositions and business cases.
- Ensure disciplined follow‑through on initiatives by establishing structure, transparency, and progress tracking.
What We're Looking For
- Solid commercial and market understanding, with experience in sales, sales excellence, or customer-facing environments.
- Ability to bridge technology and commercialization, supported by a technical academic background (e.g., engineering, industrial engineering) or extensive experience in technical environments.
- Proven project or program management experience, driving initiatives from idea to implementation.
- Solid understanding of digital customer experience and curiosity to apply digital and AI-based tools in sales and support processes.
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across functions, seniority levels, and regions.
