You will help create a smooth, compliant, and trusted HR experience across the employee lifecycle — ensuring payroll accuracy, operational consistency, and timely support that enables our business to run efficiently and our employees to focus on what they do best.

You’ll collaborate closely with HR colleagues, payroll vendors, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and other cross‑functional partners, taking ownership of key HR processes and systems. Your attention to detail and service mindset will help us move toward a more efficient, compliant, and employee‑centric future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support employees and local HR teams through the HR ServiceHub platform, ensuring timely and accurate handling of HR operations tasks.
  • Administer the end‑to‑end payroll process for South Korea in collaboration with the external payroll vendor, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate HR activities including interview scheduling, background verification, referral payouts, onboarding, offboarding, and associated administrative tasks.
  • Support expatriate management processes including relocation tasks, employment/dependent pass applications, and coordination with Global Mobility and external tax firms on expatriate taxation.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and data accuracy requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing South Korea payroll and HR operations
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and across cultures in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • A detail‑oriented, customer‑centric mindset with strong execution ability, time management, and proficiency in MS Excel.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive total rewards package that may include a range of benefits, depending on your location and contract type. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
